Let our experienced engineers visit you at your home or business to ensure that your computers are running at their very best. We can resolve anything from hardware isues to internet connectivity and virus removal. With our simple pricing structure you stay in control of costs at all times.

Our callout fee includes the first 30 minutes of the engineers time and most simple problems can be rectified within this.

When you have purchased your hand built, custom PC from Total why not have one of our engineers install and demonstrate it for you! Our charges include 30 minutes of time for you to ask questions and be shown around your new computer. If you need longer then simply book the time by the hour.

To arrange an installation please discuss it with our sales team when you order your new PC or add it to the basket when purchasing online and we will contact you with suitable dates.

Please ensure that you have adequate space and power sockets before the engineer arrives.
