Using our purpose built, state of the art repair facility we can deal with all makes and models of PCs and laptops. Our fixed pricing structure ensures that you remain in control of costs at all times as they include all required labour, you simply pay for any parts used; it even includes full hardware and software diagnostics as well as virus and spyware removal.

If your computer is needed for a critical application or you are in a hurry then you can request our priority service. This gives you an eight working hour turnaround, if this is not possible then you simply pay the standard PC Doctor charge.

We can backup your existing data including all of your precious files, emails and contacts should they need to be moved to a new mchine or your computer reloaded.

If your hard drive or flash device has failed or the data has accidentally been deleted, lost or corrupt we can usually recover it in our lab. 

If you have any make or model of inkjet or laser printer that is not performing as well as it did or is in need of maintenance then Total can help. For complete flexibility you can bring it to us or one of our engineers can visit you onsite at your home or business.

Firstly we will diagnose the problem giving you a full quote, if you then decide to proceed with the repair or maintenace we will refund the diagnostic charge in full, this does not apply to onsite callouts.

As an Epson Express Centre we can reapir or replace your in-warranty inkjet printer free of charge at our premises.
